"My mother is 74 years old and been going to this man for years. Well she dropped all her paperwork off with him back in the winter and he will not return calls, he will not call you back, he will not give us the paperwork back we asked for for months!! My mother does not know what to do.... we are positive that he didn't file a extension when he told me he did and would call me back the next day. I'm furious I don't care what his personal problems are... he needs to give people back their personal information and important paperwork. She's gonna have to pay penalties too. Do NOT USE THIS MAN. He is not capable of being professional with taxes. How about calling Barbara Church back and getting her the important tax papers back so she can get her taxes done and pay the penalties Mr Hoffman!!!"

"We have used Glenn for years. We’ve never had any problems until this year. We dropped off our paperwork months ago. We kept calling and calling Glenn to get an update or any information at all and he never once answered or called us back. Then today he called and said he filed our taxes when we already went through another company and we received more money."

"We are so disappointed in Glenn’s service. He has had our tax information for months and they’re still not done. We have called him many times and when we ask if he’s done he says we are next or he is doing them right now. We understand things can take a little longer due to the COVID-19 restrictions but this is crazy. Now he will not answer or return our calls. We even said we just want our paperwork back and go with someone else. I am at lost with what to do next."

"I have used Glenn as our accountant for about 12 years. I have on ocassions waited upwards of 2 hours for him. I have been trying to resolve an issue for 3 years for taxes the IRS states that we never filed. He has stated he mailed copies to our house three times, we've never received it. I went to his house to pick them up at a prearranged time and they were not ready. He then gave me two copies of the incorrect year. He does not respond to emails and rarely answers the phone. I never returns my voice mails. I apologize to the people that I referred to him. I am still working to resolve my tax issues."

"Everything seemed great after getting my taxes done my only complaint was that his office space was messy and disorganized as well as having to wait an extra 2 hours after my appointment time. Then after waiting an extra 2 hours he took a call while he was preparing my taxes. Well come to find out my taxes were never filed and my last name was misspelled. So after taking 10 additional steps I'm still waiting on my refund 2 months later. I am very irritated that I put my trust in him to only have to spend an extra $50 to actually file my taxes after having paid him $80 to do mine. I also have called him left a message and have yet to receive a response. I mean if you are willing to take a chance on getting your taxes actually filed or not, go for it."
