"The lady that works at the front desk has absolutely no peoples / customer service skills. Every time that I come to my appointment she’s mad about something (Personal things). When she’s in a bad mood she just takes the phone off the hook so nobody can call ! That’s just insane ! She never smiles just always in a bad mood. They need to put her in the back and put somebody with a smiley face in the front."

"They need to train the people at the front desk to greet others. Basic manners like a "hello" or"good morning" go a long way. The nutritionists are usually nice, but gosh, the person at the front desk does as though you're there begging her for something. Very rude. You all are dealing with women and children. Have some respect and consideration or maybe some basic humanity."

"I can honestly say that most of the staff in this office are nice and have you out the door quickly. I just don't like a certain lady there because she has an attitude problem,is extremely judgmental, more nosey than she should be and doesn't seem to know how to suggest any solution to certain problems you have with your kids. I say that because when I know she was concerned about my child she sat there and tried to make me look stupid instead of giving some kind of suggestions on how to deal with my child's situation. Before this incident I have always noticed that she had something going on with her but could not put my finger on it.....I think she either needs to retire or just find a different job!"
