"I had my first baby in March of this year and I saw almost every doctor there. My favorite was Dr. Rosalee Javier! I had a great experience there. The staff was kind and the communication about appointments and rescheduling (which happened a couple of times) was excellent."

"Never been seen there but had to call more than 5 times to check on my referral and my Tricare prime associate had to teach the stuff how to access patient portal. It took this practice more than a month to receive my referral, they were not welling to gave me an appointment nor reach to the insurance to fix the problem, even if the insurance kept calling them and confirming their information. I had to take a trip before they could see me at 13 weeks pregnant and unfortunately learn overseas that the baby stopped growing at 8 weeks and I went through miscarriage in a different country, lost a lot of money, and lost my vacation all because they don’t know how to access patients portal and their fax was not functioning well."

"If you are someone who will have questions about treatment offered or recommended OR If you are someone who wants warmth, kindness and understanding during pregnancy I do not recommend this place. I had heard VB OBGYN was one of the best in the area so I went to them for my pregnancy. Once I was 6 months I was warned by other moms in my Lamaze class but I figured it might be because they were biased to home births. These offices are huge and there are a ton of staff. I can’t speak to everyone there. For the most part receptionist are officiant. Most of the doctors that I saw through my pregnancy were cold. Straight to the point. Which normally I prefer but with my pregnancy I was hoping for a little more warmth. It was my first pregnancy. But that’s not why the one star. One star because toward the end of my pregnancy I was having some scary high blood pressures and every time I called the 24hrline (4times in the course of 3weeks) it so happened to be dr.Goldstein that was on-call and every time I spoke with her she made me feel like I was a bother and she was incredibly rude. I called the office and told them that I did not want to be seen by dr.Goldstein moving forward. That I didn’t want to make a complaint but simply didn’t want to be seen by her. A couple days later I received a call from the office administrator Coleen Matias who called me “difficult” and said and I quote “Dr. Goldstein isn’t the problem here, you are”. She explained that I couldn’t deny care from only of of my doctors. That I would have to switch practices. I was 9months and 2 weeks. A few days later I ended up having to be induced because I was hypertensive. Then at my delivery, which was complicated, every person that walked in made me feel like I couldn’t ask questions to their recommendations. I was labeled a problem patient because I asked questions. I understand that feeling questioned could make someone feel as if they are questioning there abilities but I simply wanted more information to provide me comfort in making difficult situations. I didn’t feel heard, understood or respected. The whole thing was a disaster and completely took away from my first birth experience."

"I don’t often leave reviews but this place is AWESOME! They have a rotation of doctors so you may not see all of them but every doctor that I saw was nice professional patient and willing to answer any question I had. My anxiety is high the whole pregnancy due to previous miscarriages and they made me feel so calm and comfortable the whole pregnancy and labor and delivery. Great job and I will definitely continue going to them as my gynecologist."
