"I came in with a very painful and serious condition after falling down my stairs. I couldn't move very well without severe pain and everyone that attended to me was very considerate of that. The initial shot of muscle relaxer was very hard to get into position for, yet the man administering it was very patient with me. The doctor (retired military) who then evaluated me was beyond gentle and understanding when he found the spot of concern down my spine that was most painful leading to me having an instant reaction. The X-Ray technician also was extremely caseous and patient when trying to move me into the correct positions. She had to assist a great deal and add in foam pieces when I couldn’t physically lay the way that was needed. I was not trying to be difficult with anyone in any way, I was just in sever pain and everyone was very mindful of that and patient with me. Everyone also gave me results and prescribed medication in a very timely manor."

Even when wait times are a bit longer than normal, it still seems to move by at a good rate as the rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly."

Can recommend with confidence. If your Dr. appt. is a few days away and something needs checking out, stop by. It may look chaotic outside because of a jammed parking lot, but it runs like a well oiled machine. I think you'll be pleased."

"Staff is kind, patient, understanding, informative. Facility is clean with masks, tissues and sanitizer readily available and visible. The wait time tracking system they have is brilliant and accurate. Even with a long wait time, it was comforting to know i wasn't being ignored. A lot of healthcare facilities could use this place as an example of great customer service under very difficult conditions. ( dealing with sick people all day) Kudos to the staff here."
