"If you need anything as a pulmonary patient may God have mercy on you because this office will not.Dr Ahmad told me in June that he was going to refer me to pulmonary rehab. It is now the first week of August and they FINALLY got the order to the proper individual. At the same time , I need new order to my oxygen provider in order to get a portable concentrator. Trying to get that done has been epic. I call every day for theover a week . Everyday I am told they have sent the order. Oxygen company hasn't gotten it."

"Been calling for over 2 weeks to ask for a refill for my cpap supplies and every time I call they have no clue if an order was placed and when I call the supplier or insurance I find out no order was placed. Far too unreliable"

"I have been happy with my experience with the Pulmonary group , both the office staff and the doctors/ nurse practitioner. I had seen Dr Desai first in the hospital and then in the office . He was very professional and friendly but he is no longer there. So I then saw Dr Patel and I like him . Also had a telehealth appt with Vickie the nurse practitioner. She was thorough, but no one asked if I wanted the covid vaccine. I called yesterday about getting one because I have not heard about an appointment and have lung disease. Overall a good medical group."

"Overall wonderful office. Front office staff is kind and welcoming. Clinical staff puts you at ease with their caring and kind nature. Dr. is amazing! Also had interaction with manager Shelia who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and and put at ease. Hands down 5 stars. Would give them higher if I could!"
