"Let me start with good message. Dr.McKelvey diagnosed me with COVID. He provided information that was helpful and great personality. All of the staff is great! A few wks later I returned for a cough. Dr. Burke informed me I had "SNOT" drainage. I was taken aback for him to use a child's term for me at my age. I am retired educated woman. The lack of professionalism was appalling. I still recommend the location in spite of his ignorance."

"I went to MedExpress today and they were fast and efficient. Even had an issue with my prescription being filled (walgreens pharmacy was closed) and when I called Medexpress, they took care of it right away; and filled it at CVS! I like how you can schedule a spot in line before arriving."
"Excellent service! The ease of booking for someone who was new to this facility, it was very easy and I didn’t have to call to schedule. The receptionist was very nice and professional, and I was taken back in a timely manner. The triage nurse was very professional as well. I was nervous seeing a male provider, but he was also incredibly professional, immediately suggested and sought out a female chaperone, and had great bedside manner, despite working in an urgent care (which is usually a revolving door of mostly the same issues all day long). Very impressed and would recommend!"
"I was greatly impressed with MD Express. I had an issue needing treatment on Saturday morning and my primary care was not available. My options were urgent care or an Emergency Department. I chose MD Express in Yorktown. Intake was efficient, the nurses and staff very friendly, and Dr. McKelevey was very personable and professional. He did a very thorough evaluation, prompt diagnosis, and provided treatment. I would definitely come back to MD Express for any acute medical problems. So much better than an Emergency Room wait!!!"
