"Brand new employee - needed to get my 3 year old in for ear infection. Called ahead to confirm details & copay. No other information was given by staff. Loaded up all three kids and drove 20 mins there, when I got there my phone rang as I’m walking in door - and told wait time is 2 hours and it was already 6:30 (they close at 8p) and I would not be seen. I don’t consider this an employee benefit. More like this situation has soured me as a brand new employee."

"Went to clinic meadowbridge they told me to go to the urgent care at rt1 because they weren't taking walk-ins after my son told them he was having chest pains. Then we get to rt1 urgent care it's a 2 hr wait with five people in waiting room. Between my employer and I we pay over 2,000 dollars a month and this is the kind of care we get. Disgraceful."

"Shelly and kristie were the best nurses so nice and compassionate they made a horrible experience better by being empathic of my feelings Dr Alan Thurman was rude and disrespectful I have never had such a terrible experience with a doctor I wanted to ask question it was dismissiveCondescending and would not answer them so rude. Dr Alan Thurman lack compassion and empathy he made me feel like I wasn’t worth his time and he had better things to do"

"Very happy with this clinic. My family has been 3-4 times in the past year when we couldn't get in at our doctor's office and they always treated us well. Never waited more than 15-20 minutes max. Receptionist and nurses were very nice."
