"I have not had any extraordinarily long wait times, and while the pandemic was raging, it took longer to get an appointment, now it's well within a comfortable range. Every single person I have dealt with has been friendly, polite and efficient. They still require masks and social distancing which makes it feel like a very safe environment. I feel like I need to add, I have not experienced any "fat-shaming". For those of us who aren't model-thin, this is a big deal."

"Waste of my time. My primary care physician sent me here due to my wrist injury, he specifically sent me here to talk to a Specialist. First appointment was 4 weeks ago, where the person recommended me to physical therapy and 4 weeks of recovery, and I followed up today. I had the same person as last time, and at the end, they said something along the lines of "we'll get a hand/wrist specialist to look at it, see if they can think of anything else", and that appointment wouldn't be until 3-4 weeks from now. So turns out I got sent to a Specialist, but spent 2 appointments talking to someone whose not a Specialist. And I'll finally get to talk to a Specialist on my 3rd appointment there, 7-8 weeks into my recovery. Regardless of the quality of person I DID talk to, I was there for a Specialist's opinion, and I needed it the 1st week of my recovery, not the 7th or 8th."

"The orthopedists are talented and dedicated. The front desk staff ( the gate keepers) not so much. If you get past the check in process , with the unlimited desk signs, lines to check-in , and selectively friendly staff, you will receive exceptional service from the doctors . The Rivers Bend location has a better support staff. There is no reasonable excuse for the excessive wait times. My time is as valuable as the doctors’, and I’m the one paying!"
