"Made an appointment for a flu shot, I asked for the high dose injection, 6 months away from being 65 and a main caregiver of a special needs child. The NP was very adamant about CDC guidelines and REFUSED to give me the HIGH DOSE injection. It was only after I returned home to look up CDC guidelines and SHE WAS WRONG!!! I did qualify, do to the fact of being a caregiver. Watch out for the Nigerian NP, very over barring and not a very good communicator .☹️ See a REAL DOCTOR!!!"

"I have used this clinic several times over the years for my DOT physicals. Hadn't had any issues til today (8/26/23), we showed up to get my son a sports physical, we arrived around 9:05am, I saw they didn't open til 930am, however, the computer seemed like we could still sign in and kind of "get in line". A woman came up from the back and asked if she could help us, i said that we needed a sports physical and she asked if we had an appointment, I said no, she said it was required, never have I ever needed an appointment before so I asked when that started and she said she didn't know, she's only been there a week and thats what she was told to tell people, and said I can make one online. Well I didnt have my phone with me so I said I couldnt then she raised her voice and said "We don't even open til 930 anyway!" I said i understood, we had just been trying to sign up to be seen, no rushing, and she said "umm ok well im just saying anyway we aren't open" . WOW WHAT WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES. THIS IS A NEW HIRE? great job running this location into the ground Little Clinic! GARBAGE!. There is NO Signage saying its appointment only! Go to CareNow if you want to be seen at an actual walk in clinic! Its on 360!"

"Came here after a week of hacking and intense congestion. Was told to wash my clothes every time I came inside, eat whole foods and use flonase. 5 days later no change and BetterMed gave me augmentin due to a severe sinus infection. Would not recommend this urgent care."
