"Dr Paula Hayes was my mama’s doctor since 2015. She moved away for a while and returned. We returned to her as soon as we found out that she was back. For 30+ years I have been under doctors care in the United States, she is the most compassionate and caring person I’ve ever met in a medical office. She is never rushed and always seems to have time for questions. We love her!"

"A video appt was made and the office did not call. Went to office and their system said I did not answer. I verified they had all of my correct info and they did except my name was backwards. No discernable cust srvc training. Have little or no ability to resolve, look to a supervisor for help. It's just standing there looking at each other. It is a case of even if you ask the right questions, God only knows what answer you will get."

"I really like my doctor here but what messes up this whole clinic are the receptionists. They don't have any manners over the phone or in person. They are not the type to say "hi!", "Good Morning", a "how are you?"...nothing! I received a phone call from them and the lady didn't even say greet me OR said "bye". Sheesh. Maybe some customer service training should be in the near future for this clinic. They are the first people we speak to when we walk into the clinic and should provide a welcoming and nice environment, not a hostile one. P.S. There is one receptionist who has her nails done all the time who is always very polite, professional and you can tell she knows what she's doing"
