"I was scheduled to undergo therapy for my injured ACL last week with Dr. Newton. During the procedure we made it to the contrast injection and discovered my ACL was in good condition (I had been doing physical therapy at Jackson's Clinic in Herndon). We decided the procedure was not needed and I was on my way feeling 100% after the soreness from the local anesthetic went away. I'm leaving the 5 star review because Dr Newton is a very professional doctor who is truly in it for the well being of his patients and not in it for the money. I know some offices would have proceeded in order to get the dollar. You can trust this clinic to look out for your best interest and not just see you as a money sign."

"Be sure to have a few extra hours in hand to wait, even if you have booked an “appointment”. Our appointment was at 10:30am and we wanted to clarify a few things with the doctor before getting started on the procedures. The front desk lady - Sarah, very casually let another patient go ahead of us and made us wait 2 hours just for that! When questioned about this, because we knew we were the first ones at the centre as no other patient had arrived before us, she very reluctantly apologized and looked the other way. Moreover she was a bit rude, robotic and very loudly spoken - probably never heard of patient care or friendly customer service before. Such a reputed centre where reputed doctors work and charge premium prices for services, should not have such unprofessional people handling customers."
