"They have some very rude staff, from the call center to some nurses to also some doctors. They like to Post inaccurate comments on my chart, and it's always one sided conversation always accusing their patients and clients of being abusive or aggressive, specifically when they are caught being dishonest or misleading to their patients. They will say whatever to make sure their patients are always looked at as someone violent or abusive, however they wouldn't accept responsibilities for how rudely they speak to patients, and how disrespectful and intentionally and even directly and indirectly discriminate against certain people. They have staff with poor customer service skills and poor communication skills."

"Set up an appointment with them. They asked for all my information on the phone including my insurance policy number and what kind of insurance it was only to arrive at my appointment after taking the morning off from work for it and have me wait almost an hour for them to tell me they don't accept Open EPO plus. What a waste of time. They should be more mindful about these things. So unprofessional. Gave me so much stress which is something I should be avoiding due to my illness."
