"I purchased a climate controlled unit - supposedly - which was not go below 55 degrees according to what they advertise online. My unit has been 41 or below (close to the same temp as outside BTW), and the manager tells me it's because it's been so cold. HELLO!! Isn't that the whole purpose of purchasing a CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit to prevent the temperature dropping so low and risk damaging your property!?! Aggravating to have to relocate my things because of poor service. Not a happy camper!"
