PERSONAL OPINIONS HAVE NO PLACE IN HEALTHCARE!! AND DON'T EXPECT THE OFFICE MANAGER TO DO HER JOB EITHER AS SHE DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS EITHER!! I SUGGEST SEEKING A DOCTOR WITH LESS PEOPLE LIKE THIS WORKING WITH/ FOR THEM!! JANE WOULD BE SOOO MUCH BETTER A DR/FNP IF SHE WEREN'T WORKING WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!"

"Lies about patient to others, office screws up labs and I received over $1167 bill when I wasn't supposed to pay anything and when telling the office about it was informed that it was their mistake that I shouldn't have ever been billed that they would fix it and about 6 months later nothing has been fixed! They then contact my worker where I'm receiving financial help and tell them lies and tell them I'm harassing them over the bill trying to get my financial help taken away!! I was lied to for almost a year that I was being referred to several other doctors and still haven't gotten the help I need!! I was supposed to be referred to rheumatologist, hematologist, and dermatologist and nothing ever happened!! Do not waste your time seeing Shayla Kilgore because you won't get the medical treatment you need and you'll be billed for things you shouldn't be and then they will twist everything around on you!!!"

"New to the area and changed doctors online, should have known better. My son has ongoing trouble with anxiety and recently diagnosed with ADHD by a licensed psychologist. Dr. Peters whom we saw would not even refill his ongoing anxiety medication, he's a mess now with outbursts almost every hour. I gave her the report by the DR. who diagnosed him that clearly states he has had trouble since he was 3 and the extensive tests he went through. I understand perfectly well not prescribing him ADHD medication without making sure he's getting therapy but to not refill an ongoing medicine? Never heard anything about the referrals put in for him so I've done it myself. He's 10 days out from the appointment with a psychiatrist that I set up. He doesn't understand why he has outbursts of crying and frustration, he tries his best to behave properly and without his ONGOING anxiety medicine it has become much worse. Will never go back and have already switched doctors. And on a side note, this is just not a kid friendly place more for adults."
