I’ve went to her with several health concerns. She listens diligently, orders necessary testing, and refers to specialists when needed. She’s easy to talk to. The receptionists and other staff members here are also friendly and helpful. Very thankful for them!"

"This place has really gone down hill in the past year. It's like since they have gotten more business they have quit caring about their patient's. You can get an appointment, and it usually doesn't take long to get taken back to a room. But, there's where everything goes wrong. I have waited for over an hour in those rooms, for my doctor. I waited so long a couple of times that I actually called back up to the front desk and asked if they forgot about me. And then, when the doctor does finally arrive, he doesn't take the time to make you feel like you've been listened to. A few times, he has even asked me to hurry things up because he has other patients to see. I really don't like being pushed aside, when my health is at stake. I am just as important as the person in the next room. If he is so pressed for time when seeing his patients, then he needs to not schedule them so close together. I need more time than 10 minutes. I don't feel that my needs are being met completely. This doesn't apply to all the doctor's in that facility. There are some who actually take their time and give me their full attention while I'm there. Kudos to them! But, to the others there, you really need to work on the way you handle your patients care. Your patients should always come first!"
