"When I first arrived at H2 Health - Tazewell, VA I had a lot of issues. I was unable to stand long enough to even wash my dishes without hurting so badly that I had to sit. After the thorough evaluation and my weeks of PT, I can do my dishes most of the time without a break. I can walk 30 minutes on level ground. Before it was like a break every 5 to 10 minutes. Thanks to the whole team, I am so improved physically and mentally, because yes, pain works on you mentally as well. I highly recommend Beth and the entire H2 Health for your therapy needs."
"I initially went to H2 Health with severe lower back pain the like I had never experienced before. Heather listened closely to me and made a diagnosis that was on point. Beth was extremely proactive with her therapy and after a month, the inflammation that was causing my pain, had been therapeutically worked out of my lower back. Forgive me but the name of the receptionist slips my mind - she was professional and also personable - making my appointment times quite comfortable and at ease. I actually felt part of H2!"
