They are rude, refuse to call patients back in a timely matter or at all, they will not share test results with patients, patients must call and hound them to get them, horrible, horrible if you need a referral to any specialist at all. They really could not care less about humans in this practice."

"I really like Bruce and Sharon. They are doctors that care about your needs. Whoever runs the front desk is an absolute train wreck. It takes calling the office 20+ times just to get her to answer the phone without hanging up on you. God forbid you're 5 minutes late to your appointment and call while on the way, because she will "talk to the doctors" on whether or not you can have your appointment even as you walk into the office and still say you can't be seen, even though the lobby is completely empty. I've been trying to get seen for my eyes for a month now, I had car trouble and got there at 11:37 for an 11:30 appointment. She not only hung up on me, but once I got there she said that because I got there too close to noon, they wouldn't see me. Their policy is usually to honor appointments until you're 15 minutes late but she went to the back and waited until 11:46 to come back and tell me I can't be seen. I'm livid"

"I've had very bad experiences with this doctors office. Staff is very rude and will not pay attention to your concerns or needs. You have trouble getting anyone to even answer the phone so you can make an appointment. Last time I called I literally called over 80 times during office hours and no one would answer the phone, they picked up 4 times and immediately hung up on me before I could even speak. Its like this every time I call, they won't call you back over test results you practically have to beg for those. I will not be returning to this facility and hopefully I will find a concerned caring doctors office in my near future because you will not find it here!"
