"Extremely poorly managed office. You're lucky to get anyone on the phone, much less a call back. If you miss any appointments for items scheduled months in advance, they will simply send a divorce letter without even making you aware that there's an issue. The doctor also farms cryptocurrency out of the office with a few dozen servers, which is sketchy. Raven at the front desk actively ignores phone calls while making small talk. Personally watched her put a patient on hold to keep talking about her family reuinion for 30 minutes. I have filed a complaint with the VA board of medicine for patient abandonment because of their ridiculously callous attitude and egregious professional missteps. There's a reason this office is the only one in an hour with availability. STAY AWAY."
"I would give a 5 star but the girl up front Raven who answers the phone is rude and disrespectful, and needs to be taught how to deal with the public or just stop working a customer facing job. Everyone else I have talked to there has been pleasant."

He listens to what you have to say,great personality, best bed side manner, he is not all about putting you on something you dont feel comfortable with. I have never had a issue getting a appointment if I woke up not feeling good. The staff is warm and welcoming."
"He talked about everything but my health, he laugh about my having breast cancer, Then, he didn't check what Im alerigic to, gave me the wrong meds thank goodness for hillcity pharmacy, the caught it and called me right away. I need another doctor. Please thank twice before going to him"
