"Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. My daughter went to seek medical attention, and they would not see her. The clinic closes at 5:00 and she arrived at 4:30 because her car was broken down and she had been sitting in the car repair store all day and left and went directly to the clinic to which they told her since she was breathing fine she had to wait till the next day or go to a clinic outside of the school on her own. I called to beg for help and the front desk person, Della, was cold and uncaring and Amy, the nurse was rude and uncaring. I’m so disappointed with this lack of compassion and care from a Christian Institution."

"I am an LU residential student living in Commons 1. This is one of the nicest clinics that I’ve been to in Virginia. I went in feeling sick, and I was seen quickly and efficiently. The nurse and the doctor were both very understanding and listened to all of my needs and concerns. They quickly tested me for the flu, Covid, and RSV. The office got back to me quickly by a phone call telling me that I tested positive for Covid. With that, they prescribed me on medication that is helping me fight this. The front desk is very understanding and nice. They truly do care about the students here at LU."
