"It's the day after Christmas, and I've slept horribly! Not because of the bed, but because of the pillows! Throw them all away and replace them with better quality (for the sake of your business)! The TV was off in the breakfast area, and the hot tub isn't working properly (again)....."

"In a convenient area and pretty quiet. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Could use some udates. Hall carpets were gross. Floors were very loud. We were on 3rd floor and we sounded like we were stomping around and furniture shaking from normal walking, I can’t imagine those under us. Breakfast was nice with good options."

"The location is promising. The staff is great. The hotel might have good bones but the surfaces and the linens are very poor. The smells are significant and many things like ice machines and laundry didn’t work. If you just need a place to sleep it might be okay but for my wife and I we left and went the the Embassy Suites."

"Hotel was nice. It's about 10 minutes from Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. There is tons of food in the area and a 7-11 next door within waking distance. The hotel served something different every morning for breakfast and the dining area was clean. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day of being at the parks. Our suite was also nice but the only downfall I had with our room was that there were little knats. Couldn't leave your drink or food uncovered due to the knats trying to get into it. Other than that though we had a great trip and stay at this hotel."
