"Rude, rude, rude. I called Lynchburg to schedule an appointment for allergy testing my daughter and the receptionist explained the process. I explained a bit more about my daughter and there was a long pause and she just said, “Okay,” with an attitude… Sorry I called to inquire about your business services?"

"This office and staff is amazing! My daughter whom is a minor had a appointment at this location. We was immediately greeted by the receptionist upon arrival. Our temperatures was taken, and than we was taking straight back for her weight & height. Once we was in the exam room the doctor came in within 10 mins (if that). I do not know how to spell the doctors name off hand so we will call her Dr. D for short. She took her time with us, went over my daughter's history and made conversation with my daughter (who is autistic). She immediately came up with a treatment plan and test that was needed as well. The entire staff and the doctor was amazing. I will recommend to do your paperwork before arriving at the office. That will help the staff and you as well. I will definitely recommend this office to others. Thank you for your smiling faces today!!"

"The visit with Larissa Norman was pleasant as always. She is very caring and listens to all concerns. I had blood work drawn by a young lady who was excellent at her job. Normally I have a huge bruise every time. But this young woman drew the blood efficiently and I do not even have a stick mark on my arm. I'm sorry I don't know her name, but I told her she did an amazing job!!!"

"We followed Dr. Dziadzio to this office. She is that good and that connected to my kids. However, the staff interactions we had both on the phone and in the office were less than stellar in the Lynchburg office. They aren’t unhelpful, but they seemed to take very little interest in having new clients or actually even show common courtesy with a hello or goodbye. 5 stars for Dr. D."

"Dr. Laura Dziadzio is simply amazing!! However, some of the office staff have not been the best. I’ve been hung up on, was made to do my son’s paper work (medical history, family history, etc..) in my car in August (temp was about 90 degrees with my 8month old son in the car) and told I had a fever and was turned away (I confirmed with nurses from my job that I did not have one shortly after), I’ve had to reach out to their office manager and administrative staff in Bedford (they were all amazing and reassuring), I’ve had (now) 4 appointments be canceled due to miscommunication from them and between them and the doctor. Today was the final straw for me. I absolutely love Dr. Laura and how she’s cared for him, but I’m so disappointed and upset with how I’ve been treated by those who answer the phone in the Lynchburg office. I’ve cried, been frustrated, and had an anxiety attack due to how rude, impatient, and just down right non-assuring the office staff have been. My son has very severe allergies that cause open lesions on his skin, swelling, and vomiting and extreme heat or cold can cause it to be worse and they were not sensitive to that at all. As a working single mom who lives in Lynchburg, I tried to stick it out as my only other option is to take my son to UVA for care, but I’m not sure that it’s best to continue to put up with such a belittling and degrading approach from this office staff. It is super stressful that I never know if I’ll get someone who is helpful and nice or someone who will leave me feeling more emotionally drained than I already am concerning my son’s health."
