"Had a great stay. The room was overall clean, comfortable, it’s right by the mall so that was convenient as well. Only thing was the room had a slightly funny smell and there was some toilet paper left on the floor near the toilet but overall great stay. I’d come back again."

"5 star for us! The location was great for many different shops, restaurants, and easy access to the highway for travel. Stayed 2 nights over the weekend for local sporting events and couldn't have been more pleased. I wasn't expecting much based on reviews, but I have to say it definitely was different. Staff from the time we walked in was pleasant and friendly. Pleasant and cheerful greeting each time they saw us. Helpful with local area recommendations as well. Rooms were clean, and staff was accommodating whe. We thought the TV didn't work (just needed reset) or extra blankets and towels. Breakfast was to be served at 7, and it was hot and ready. Thankfully, since we were headed out just at that time for our event. Hot eggs, bacon, and waffles were perfect. Definitely recommend it and would stay here again"

"Yolanda, Thomas, Dior and Ms.Lisa made myself and my family feel extremely welcome. Dealing with a loss of a family member and having genuine individuals who you don't even know making sure that you have a great time. The only problem that I had was another guest that was next door to me was complaining every time a guest came into the hotel he wanted to call and complain. I truly disagree with anyone trying to get a free room when the staff is so helpful and go above and beyond customer service. I will visit them again ❤️✨️"

"We were going to stay tonight but... Had to change rooms 3 times. First room T.V. wouldn't work and smelled of mold, Second room the hot water was taking forever to warm up and they kept saying 5 minutes and the T.V. was glitching, then the third room had cochroaches. They said it'd take a week to get the money back. Then when they refunded the money, they took an extra payment. So instead of paying once and being refunded once they charged us twice. So, in the end we paid over $500 for a hotel room that had roaches. The only good thing was the older lady that was at the desk that night. She did have a friendly attitude. But the other ones need to go to customer service training or something. They had really bad attitudes."

"This is definitely not the best comfort inn I've been to. I had guests stay here, and they decided to stay across the street next time they stayed here, and it was a better experience. The hotel was loud (even though we asked for a quiet floor ahead of time, we got booked with a large group of high schoolers who were very loud all night) You could also see light coming through the top and sides of the doors, and looking at other doors on the floor, they were crooked/misaligned as well. The breakfast had fewer options than other hotels too. It wasn't a bad stay, but the hotel across the street is better"
