"Dr Harris and his staff have been wonderful! He has been my PCP for over 10 years"
"My husband is a patient here, and was prescribed an SSRI for anxiety and depression. He sent a message in MyChart requesting a refill as he was near the end of his bottle and had to go out of town that weekend. A nurse for Dr. Harris read the message but did not respond, leading to my husband having to go cold turkey without it for several days. He sent them a follow-up and they responded saying that the prescription had been filled the day he originally requested but had not called to let him know. It is incredibly irresponsible for a healthcare provider to fail to communicate when it comes to medications such as these. Stopping them cold turkey can have AWFUL side effects. We are looking for a new PCP for him because of this situation."
