"if i could give a negative rating i would i had a 2 pm appointment with a cardiologist and had to wait 2+ hours because the receptionist sent me to the wrong waiting area. Her manager then came out and told us there was nothing they could do and acted like it wasn't a big deal and tried to laugh it off. VERY rude and unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous there were barely any patients in the building there was no reason for the wait. will never come back and i hope this place burns to the ground."
