"Having been seen at the Sentara RMH emergency room for a workplace injury, of course I was referred to a doctor in this office. Unfortunately that was Dr. Secretov. After 3 visits I contacted workman’s comp to discuss my experience, and they allowed a second opinion with no further questions asked. In essence my was doctor told me that surgery was not the solution, that I should “get over it”, and he ordered an injection and I was asked to point to or select where I wanted said injection. I had a successful surgery at UVA Orthopedics, and would not recommend this facility based on my experience."

"I don't have enough time to go into details, however it all comes down to the fact that Dr. Sophia Leung has cost me far more than medical bills! She cost me a finger on my dominant hand because she was negligent, unprofessional & lacking knowledge & experience. Sentata Ortho made a huge mistake adding her to their team. PLEASE beware of seeking her care. It could cost you a body part!!!"

"Fantastic service, I really enjoyed my physical therapy sessions for a rolled ankle. But then they billed me over $500 for my first 45 minute session and about $270 for every 45 minute session after that. I have not found anyone that is willing to talk to me about how and why they charged this much."

"WHO CONTROLS THE MUSAK?!? The care is excellent and receives a five star. But… THE MUSAK on the day of our visit was ‘heavy metal rock’ and receives a one star! Playlist would be appropriate for a rave scene or mosh-pit, not a care center. All of the staff, front desk, and team members I spoke with agreed the music was inappropriate. They admitted to questioning content but had no idea who to call or how to adjust."

"I REALLY appreciate that Dr Ben understood that I am an athletic woman. Too many times, I experience fat shaming when I visit a new provider. NOT ONE PERSON in this office exhibited any bias towards me due to size. That is RARE for me. I want to make sure that every person in this office understands what that means to me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ben and his office staff! The office was clean, bright, and well kept. The staff was courteous and kind. Dr Ben was awesome! NOT ONCE did I ever feel shamed or criticized for my size. He diagnosed my injury and implemented a treatment plan. I fully intend for him to be the only orthopedist that I *EVER* see until he retires."
