The therapists told me about their post rehab trainer Kam McLeod and the services he provides. To date, I have completed two sessions with Kam and I can only say that I highly recommend him. Kam, sat down with me and listened to my fitness goals. During our first session, Kam provided a deep and thorough massage. He then assessed my physical state and flexibility in order to create a custom program to help me reach my goals. The massage and stretching made my legs feel 15 years younger the next day. It is very encouraging to work with Kam, he is very professional, has great interpersonal skills and is very knowledgeable.
