"I started with Dr. Payson, a good doctor, and very supportive. His explanations are clear and straightforward. I have an extremely challenging time with the team and process. His team is passive and will drown you in paperwork. They will send email after email, and their communication about the treatment protocol is unclear. After three months, I have still not started with a cycle and still struggling to figure out what is going on with the paperwork and financials. I have been extremely frustrated with the financial and care coordinator. Response to my questions has been numerous additional emails. If you read the documents and have questions, their recommendation is to schedule with the doctor again, postponing the process further. You don't have much control over the protocol mainly because of the lack of communication with the team. You can expect never to meet the team except through the Salve app. If you need to speak with a live human rather than written communicate through their app this is not the right facility. If you are hoping to work with a compassionate team or have questions throughout the process, this is also not the right facility. Because of the level of stress that this team has caused for me which has caused delays, I am currently searching for another fertility center."

Her empathy feels authentic. She possesses the perfect combination of clinical and interpersonal skills. She is approachable and takes the time to listen and answer questions. I've never felt rushed with her. Her DC staff is cordial and efficient. The clinic communication has improved significantly with the new patient portal. I was very pleased with the care and interaction with the other physicians in the CCRM practice for weekend appointments."
