"Dr. Hughes was very nice - but the process to get an MRI has been unacceptable. I had my insurance decline my authorization - and the person at this office who handles that is never available. I have called about 100x and she is never available and never calls back. I now have to cancel my MRI because this office is too slow and unresponsive and cannot have it until I return from a trip in February (two months later). There is no urgency here for people who are in pain or trying to help them. And how does a massive office chain have only one person that handles medical authorizations and does not work everyday? TERRIBLE!"

"I appreciate Dr. Cherrick and I think she is a great doctor but the organization, or lack thereof, was very unpleasant. I was told that xrays were a very quick endeavor so I made an appointment and candidly they totally forgot about me and me appointment. I sat and waited over an hour and then the front desk spoke with the xray tech and it was clear they completely lost track while I wasted away in their waiting room. Horrible horrible horrible experience."

"I injured my shoulder playing hockey and found this place by chance when looking for an urgent care. From the check- in to the check-out, I was very impressed with this facility. The employees were friendly and prompt, and my provider, Elizabeth Baek PA-C, did a great job checking me out and delivering a plan of care. I was registered, pre screened, imaged, assessed and diagnosed in under 90 minutes. I would absolutely seek care from this facility again and would recommend for any ortho- related concerns. Thank you!"

"I used their On Call walk-in service today and I’m so glad I did! Over the weekend, I stubbed my pinky toe so badly I was sure it was broken. I researched urgent care and briefly considered the ER. However, this was the right choice and worth waiting until Monday morning. I arrived a little after 8 am at the Tyson’s location, was brought to an exam room by 8:30. A few minutes later I had x-rays taken from different angles. After returning to the exam room, the PA came in and discussed what she saw. Nothing! No fracture at all. I was checked out and on my way by 9 am. I am so grateful for this service!"

"Had to visit Ortho Virginia and thank goodness my favorite doctor Antonis had availability at the Tysons Office saving me a long drive to Fairfax (he doesn’t work at Reston although I hope he will at the new Ashburn location coming soon). My thumb and elbow have been aching for weeks and my chiro suggested imaging done. Located just past Tysons Corner, there is ample indoor parking and a quick visit to upstairs where check-in and out are on opposite sides of the floor ( a bit curious). Fast check-in, imaging and then Dr Antonis with the verdict and his recommendations which I always follow. Great Doctor always taking time to listen and recommend."
