"I have gone to this office and Dr. Dickman for the last 15 years. I believe that their billing department found a way to get a couple more bucks out their patients. They used a wrong billing code for my annual preventive exam, and now it will not be paid by my insurance company. I have talked to their off-site billing (in the Philippines), who was no help. They told me that Capital Women's Care is refusing to change the billing code. So now I am in collections with them. This is very upsetting to me. I have been going to Dr. Dickman for so many years and I trusted him. I have not had an issue like this before with their office. But now, I am searching for a new doctor, and will never go back to Capital Women's Care."
