"Omg whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! He has several other locations that you can go to and get wayyy better service. They’re staff is so rude and unprofessional they talk about you right in your face as if you’re not sitting there listening to them. I came in 5 mins late mind you I called them and informed them that I was in traffic for the past 2 hours so when I get there the African American female(in African American myself so don’t try it) was extremely rude rolling her eyes, sucking her teeth and huffing when I was speaking to her. She told me that the dr would see me but it’s not guaranteed when. I sat there for over 2 more hours with my 15month old son (which you know is not the easiest thing to do) before I was finally seen. Mind you 5 other people came in wayyyy later than I did because of the same traffic but she put them all in front of me. Then I guess the medical assistant who was Hispanic joined in and started talking/heckling about how I would be the last patient to be seen. It’s so much more I can say about this visit but I don’t wanna be that foul cuz if I spoke on all what happened that day I promise you that location will be closed. Long story short DO NOT COME HERE if you want customer service it’s just not a friendly location. I immediately changed my location and I’ll never look back!"
"Their schedulers keep putting me down for locations I never go to instead of McLean and don't tell me. The office staff apologized to me for the inconvenience of going to the office for my appointment only to find it was closed. Sorry, did I say they apologized? I meant they tried to charge me a no show fee. So rude."
"Void this place they have rude staff and not care about there patients. Only thing they care about making money from patients insurance. They just make up excuses to visit them so they charge your insurance company."
