He is personable, very upbeat, and so far, I have not felt rushed in any of my office visits and feel very comfortable asking my questions. I had to do a virtual call once when I was too sick to come in to the office, and Dr. Toghral was quick to respond to my call and having the prescription that I needed sent to the drugstore for pick-up. I'm not a big fan of doctors, but Dr. Toghral has been great!"
