"Made an appointment for a medcheck and hoped to kill two birds with one stone and be seen for potential food poisoning and retrieve a doctors note since I was unable to make it today. My appointment was for telehealth and during the beginning of the appointment, the nurse was asking me questions about my nausea symptoms and while she’s talking, she’s being cut off by people in the background who I assume are the doctors, who were acting very unprofessional and talking about how it’s ridiculous that I’m trying to get seen over video for food poisoning when they wouldn’t be able to tell him the whole time I’m sitting there listening to them talk about me and the nurses warning them that I can hear what they’re saying and they don’t seem to care . I have severe anxiety and depression, and it takes a lot for me to even go to the doctors which is why they haven’t seen me since January, I finally had the nerve to call and ask for some help and this is how I was treated. I will not be coming back and this isn’t the only bad example I have of treatment here and I’ve only been twice! This is just the most recent and worst. I’m waiting for a reply to get to a higher up and will update if necessary. Do better for your people."
