"I arrived and the first thing they asked if I had a reservation. I said no then he told me they had no rooms available, but in the parking lot was only 4 cars parked. Then I made an online reservation and then they said they din't have any clean rooms, to me it all sounded like excuses."
"Everyone was awesome, friendly & accessible. Shout out to Stephanie, front desk, Lynn, food service, & Veronica(?)- & all Mgmt. Rooms are clean & comfortable. I will always recommend Comfort Inn Bluefield!"
"The manager was very aggressive when I asked for a refund. The room had Red sludge coming out of the bathroom drain and she admitted that they had a problem due to the previous tenant. We couldn't even take a shower. She said that the credit card has already been processed and she couldn't do anything to help me. I called back numerous times and she hung up on me each time. It took me 2 months to finally get a refund from Choice Hotels. I will never stay at this hotel again thanks to the manager's response to the issue. Thanks"
"Clean, nicely designed, and well managed. After a fire left us homeless, they were very considerate by giving us a good long term rate though we didn’t end up having to use it."
"Please pay close attention to your credit card. My husband was charged for smoking in the room and he doesn't smoke. When he called to question it, they said there was evidence and pictures but they couldn't provide the pictures. The manager said there is nothing they can do. Watch out for them stealing your money with no backing to why they do it."
