"Unprofessional to Say the Least. I Had an Appointment With Dr. McFarlane for a Pap Smear at 9:45. Arrived and Checked in at 9:30. I Waited in the Lobby for Over an Hour, but Was Never Called Back. I Got Up and Left at 11am. Never Again."

"Saw a doctor (a woc) here years ago and my symptoms of vomiting, constipation and were pretty much blown off as "normal" for a patient with gerd. She kept insisting on meds for high blood pressure, ordered a few tests and sent me on my way. Found huge fibroids on my uterus years later that was causing it all."

"don’t go here unless you wanna be told you’re pregnant when you’re not ! completely unprofessional. malpractice all that. need to be shut down. All I needed was a prescription refill and left with a traumatic experience. Terrible waste of time and resources."

"Took my daughter to see doctor goldsby last week. We informed her that our daughter spikes 103-104 temps out of the blue every 2-3 months. She didn't seem concerned, said to keep a log and went on our way. Called yesterday and today because our daughter spikes yet another temp. I called to see if it was a possible delayed reaction to her vaccines last week. I was threatened with CPS if we didn't take her in to urgent care, even though everytime they tell us it's nothing, probably a virus. Last month they said we don't need to come in for a fever just to watch it. The nurse at the clinic claimed it was medical neglect and said she was going to note it in my daughter's file and let the doctor know we were being neglectful. I find it odd they brushed it off when I brought it up at her appointment but when I called them it's an emergency and her brain is going to fry at 103. The nurses words. ***Just got back from CHKD urgent care and guess what? NOTHING is wrong with her besides the fever and we were told unless the fever stay for more that 5 days, she doesn't need to go into urgent care. THANKS FOR THE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY."

"I can’t actually speak about the quality of care here, but I can speak on the treatment of new patients. I was assigned Dr. Jones and called to schedule my first appointment. On 2/9/2022 I was told there were no appointments “for new patients” until June. 4 months. The lady on the phone was rude and acted like I was a total burden to her. How can you say you’re taking new patients if there is a 4 month wait???? I don’t need a doctor because I have a cold, I have serious medical issues that need on going treatment and I just relocated here. I didn’t choose this doctor, I was assigned her. If y’all don’t want to take new patients, change your status! Now I have to wait even longer for treatment and meds because I have to get assigned a new provider."
