"If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM BLOCK WITH THIS HOTEL. Absolutely terrible response time, no remorse in not responding to emails timely after following up several times, or simply answering their front desk phone. The "front desk manager" is apparently the only one that can do anything with the hotel blocks and no one else can so anything to help, not even the general manager. I gave plenty of grace in response time and as a bride who is stressed enough having to personally manage a hotel block is unacceptable. There was not one apology in response to the items mentioned above. Not to mention that the follow-up on this by Hilton itself was unsatisfactory. The Hampton Inn Warrenton needs better controls in place to ensure that they can meet ANY hospitality industry expectation/standard. I have lost ALL respect for the Hilton brand. I am extremely disappointed in this location and especially Hilton overall. I will NEVER give my business to Hilton."

"Went to stay here with grandson while his parents were away- specifically for pool! Was told ph was off- so cloudy. Manager was very rude. Stayed in many hotels but never have seen customer service this poor. Everyone else was nice. They never got pool clean. No 100% guarantee here."

"The hotel was clean but our rooms ac wasnt working. Also the walls are super thin and you can hear other guests while in your room. The service was good (minus the lack of room service at night) and the breakfast was decent. Customer service of staff is decent and the beds were comfortable. I would stay again"

"Coffee urns empty early for breakfast on day 1. No one around to refill. Breakfast 2nd day not up to Hampton's usual standard. Room shade broken. Unable to get shade to pull up. Reception notified. Good location."

"EDIT: The response from Hampton inn to my review is blatantly false. I have the receipts. Kara never emailed me and I have a trail of two emails to her with no responses. I just spoke to Kara on the phone asking her to forward me our communications, she couldn’t, so she admitted to not emailing me back. Her explanation was she did not need to since we spoke on the phone soon after I left (what they are denying in their response to this review) stay far far away from this hotel. For what this hotel is, it is completely overpriced at $220 a night. Carpets in the room were dirty with a smell. These hotels collude when weddings are in town. It is what it is and we accepted that. The real issue, however, is that as soon as I left (was late to airport so rushed out of there) I called the front desk and spoke to the manager (Kara) that I had left an expensive item in the bathroom. I am 110% confident in this as I used that item that morning as we were rushing out. I left it and that's on me. So I tell her (prior to anyone cleaning) that I had left an expensive item and that I would like to be notified once found and will send a prepaid shipping label. I was never notified and continuously checked back with the manager if my item was located. She told me that she had to check with the employee who cleaned my room. I was told the item was never found. There is absolutely no way the item was not found as I explicitly told them where it was, and I had just used the item no longer than 15 mins ago. Check your staff, someone has sticky fingers or you need to improve your process when items are found. If you are going to charge high end prices then you better manage the facility the same. Do not book here."
