"They are incapable of billing to my insurance, even with me holding their hand and giving them the contact information and everything they need. I have tried to get this resolved with their billing department since September but they never answer their phone. They sent me a bill today that was 300 dollars more than what they told my wife the bill would be even without insurance, and surprise surprise they didn't even send the claim to my insurance!"

"a sad excuse of a hospital. it hasn’t been updated in years, it’s had the same equipment and beds since i was a little kid and that was in the early 2000s. the doctors don’t even look like real doctors or know anything of what their talking about. they let my uncle die because they didn’t know ehat they was doing!!! needs shut down."

"Best hospital I’ve been to, and believe me I have been to several due to my health problems. It’s not the newest nor most updated but it has the most caring staff I have ever met. I’ve seen a lot of the doctors since I have had multiple hospitalizations and they have all been very caring. The nurses are by far the most caring and loving I have met. And I’m from California now living here in Kentucky, so I have seen a lot hospitals and encountered plenty of medical staff. I may not know past history but for what I have experienced recently, they have given me the best care."
