"Zero stars should be an option. Total joke. As a brittle type 1 diabetic, insulin is crucial to my survival. Not only did I have to fight to get my insulin, they drastically cut it, keeping my sugar dangerously high the entire stay. How can I work on my mental health when I'm worried about going into a diabetic coma?"

"This place wasn’t up to par at all. Ratings: Food: 10/10. The only thing good abt this place was the food. Literally that’s why I’m giving it two stars. Room: 1/10. I got ate alive by something every single night of the three times I have been here. Anytime it is brought up to staff, they claim to make a report but never do. Also don’t have a mental breakdown because they’ll take ur bedding away. Therapy: 2/10. Group therapy twice a day does nothing for suicidal people. Also refusing to do 1:1 doesn’t help either. The only good therapy sessions were the ones when we went outside or art therapy. Outside communication: 0/10. Sucks. You get two calls that last ten mins each a day. But while ur on the phone you constantly get yelled at to get off of it so another can call. I made two calls each stay. One the day I got there and the other the day I left. They lasted less than five mins. Activities/leisure: 1/10. Only activities you can do is pace the halls, outside time when THEY say, and art/music therapy. And good luck getting music therapy. This place needs more activities. Constant fights over the tv because there isn’t a sign up sheet for scheduling specific times. Discharge: 0/10. When you express you don’t feel safe going home, they still send you home. My first time here I was pregnant with my angel daughter and expressed I didn’t feel safe enough to return to college campus. They didn’t even attempt to find me another long term facility. I lost my girl less than a week later and attempted suicide."

"So they sent my mother there the first of this week. I didn't know alot this hospital I'm an only child they won't even acknowledge she is there keep talking about a code ok they dont know how to get one so much bad info any recommend S on how to do this I'm not sure about this place starting to worry"

"This place has absolutely no empathy or sympathy for the patient or the family. My mother has been here for a few days and I have had to pull teeth for an update. I keep getting told she's an adult and makes her own decisions, which I agree but she was also admitted for drugs and has been completely disoriented. How is she in sound mind to tell me anything!? I keep getting told she is passing "their" assessments but not what those are considering when I talk to her she doesn't even know why she is there. I wouldn't send an animal here."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! if you love yourself or your family member, do not send them here. The place was crawling with bugs, the food is horrible, and the staff is rude and awful. The only staff member who was sweet and helpful was Amber. Please please don't go here. Horrible things happen here."
