"Worst experience ever...first and last time there. Went with severe pain in right ear and hearing had become very muffled. Was sat in the "check in" area where the ER doctor (Dr. Skarda) came out to that area to see and exam me. Looked at my ear, told me all was good. Charged $150 and was given 2 Tylenol and sent home. Followed up with my primary care doctor the next day. Have severe ear infection in right ear. Was given shot of rocephrine, steroids, antibiotics, and acetaminophen with codeine for pain. Very, Very Dissatisfied....how many people have been misdiagnosed and sent back home."
"This hospital is under new management, and I highly recommend it. My grandmother was admitted through the ER, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. The doctor, nurses and food services have all been attentive, compassionate, and have anticipated our needs every step of the way during this stressful time. The facility is clean and updated, and the food is good! We feel very blessed!❤️"
"Grateful and thankful for our little hospital in Lee County. Please ignore the negative Nellie's on here. They are impatient and don't understand that going to the ER takes time and they aren't the only patient in the hospital. Every time we've been everyone was kind, sweet, and very fast. The doctors at this hospital are easy going yet through. As someone who moved here from a huge metro city, this hospital is wonderful. I'd hate to see these people wait in a big city hospital. It's also extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend going here as opposed to Johnson City or BSG."
