"I recently had my yearly eye exam with this facility. What a wonderful experience! It’s a very professional crew for sure. The front desk was helpful and polite. The assistants that helped with pre-testing before seeing the doctor were knowledgeable and answered my questions. Dr. Quesenberry is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, about his field. He also takes his time with each patient making each one feel important and cared for. "My Fiancé left Bedford Family eye care in tears today after being shamed, mocked and laughed at by an “accounting specialist” for the business in front of everyone in the building after we were given a bill for $55 dollars but charged $190 without so much as a warning for so called “lab fees” and undisclosed costs from a previous visit despite the fact that we had our current and previous bills in hand stating that only the $55 was owed. We wanted to support a local business but unfortunately this will be our last visit."

"I broke my glasses over the weekend and just moved into town. I already had a spare set of frames and just needed my lenses swapped out. Called Monday AM and went up during my lunch break and was out in less than 10 minutes. NO Charge! Customer service is making a comeback. Cheers Bedford Family Eye Care, you have a new customer"

"Bedford Family Eye Care was amazing and was able to get me in to get my eyes checked out on very short notice when my primary doctor was on vacation this week. 10/10 would recommend. Dr. Quesenberry and his staff were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and able to help get me on the way to feeling better. The Doc was also able to help me out by staying late and fixing me up a pair of glasses due to mine being broken and me needing to stay out of contacts for a bit. I would absolutely recommend this eye doctor to anyone in the Bedford area."

"Crystal's Customer Service is really appreciated and OVER the TOP! I walked in and asked for a new copy of my prescription on a Saturday (I had the previous year's). When I apologized for not telling her my name she remembered more than I did about what I needed and together she and Brittany got my contacts ordered and went out of their way to give me other suggestions for improving my sight while reading. If you are not seeing this group for your eyesight then you probably should."
