"One of the most unprofessional health institution in the Ronaoke Valley. Our child needs his medication on a regular basis. Every month, we fight with the office staff, doctors, etc to send his medication to a local farmacy. We will be writing the medical review board because this is too much. We do not have medication for our child if these people do not send it to the local farmacy. They just either simply do not care, are unprofessinoal or I dont know what. I have never seen such unprofessionalism ever! If possible, send your child elsewhere. These people really do not care for your child."
