"We did a tax advance, they charged 384 dollars only to approve $250 and we have to wait for the rest to come on regularly. mind you our tax refund is over 3000 dollars. So why did we only get approved for $250? They knew what they were doing. Had we filed them online, it would've only been $111. Ethier way, we wouldve had to wait. They couldve told us that."

"If I could leave a negative star review I would. Do not go to this location. The person I sat with had no idea what they were doing and no idea what depreciation value to put for rental property. I literally had to Google it on my phone while I was sitting with them. They also never filed my taxes so it still doesn't show that my 2021 taxes are complete so I'm unable to download from the website. Who knows if it ever got to the IRS. Either use Turbo Tax or file online but don't waste your time or money at this location."

"Pricing. I called customer service wondering why I was charged 118$ and a friend of mine was charged 59$ they told me it depends on a lot of things but couldn’t list them it makes no sense. We are around the same age single and have no defendants and filed the same amount of w2 forms I don’t understand the reason for why I was charged more. Also no military discount."
