"In town on business first time to stay here and I would highly recommend. Yes the rooms are a little older but this hotel has friendly, attentive staff that are always professional. The front desk group are amazing and makes the check in/out process quick and easy. The team that manages the morning breakfast are kind, pleasant and make you feel at home. I had a a/c issue that within 10 minutes Kelvin corrected. I could have chosen another hotel but I am glad I chose this one! Kudos to this team for making my stay a great experience!"
"Location isn't bad... that's about all of the good, the floor always felt damp, the room was musty and moldy, fake not even connected thermostat, broken TV stand (in multiple spots), AC has to be set to 68 or lower or the smell of mold, mildew, mustiness will over run the room. If you want to shower good luck... it's like being misted on the entire time( I would recommend using the sink if you need to wash your hair)...and the staff is a flip of a coin, the first morning I was here I went down to get breakfast and about 45 seconds later one of the staff members blamed me burning food (I only had a plate of utensils and hadn't even made a decision yet on what to eat) so I told her no and that she should probably go in the back and check on what she is burning in the oven."
"Excellent location, convenient. Room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. I was impressed by the many hot options at breakfast compared to other Hamptons. I used digital key but I also like to have a hard key. Mr Matt at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating with my request. He also recognized me as a diamond member and offered me a snack and bottle of water. All around, a great stay!"
"Check in was quick and painless. The front desk lady was pleasant. Our room smelled of mold and the ac would barely get cold enough. We specifically picked this hotel because it had a pool and was pet friendly. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t open. The rates I think were too high for the quality of hotel. What made things better though was the front desk lady. She was quick, pleasant, and helpful. Don’t think I’ll stay here again."
