"Scheduled a time to meet at 2 properties for Tuesday morning. Called me Monday at 5 pm and was upset when I missed his call and he was at the properties. When I called him back 3 minutes later, he told me I sound like a cheap skate because I hired one of the jobs to a handyman because it was just a small repair and the guy I hired started immediately (like I needed). He said I couldn’t afford him if I would hire a handyman for a small job. I then asked well do you have a base price for replacing a single stories house with 3 bathrooms and he said $20,000. I guess he was right but still very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time unless you want to spend top top dollar and probably get insulted at the same time."
"He is the only one who responded during the holiday weekend. The knob on my sink blew into the ceiling and flooded my restroom. Communication was good, he brought the right parts. Explained everything he was doing. Very friendly service."
