"MUAC was supposed to prepare my 2020 personal tax return. I provided the information to them in a timely manner to meet the 5/17/21 deadline. Didn't happen! On 6/14/21 I was told that they "anticipated" having the return ready that week. Didn't happen again! On 7/16/21 I called and spoke to one of the partners who implied the holdup may be some questions about my return. When that excuse could not be substantiated with any evidence, they admitted my return had been sitting on the desk of one of the partners but she had been too busy planning her wedding and honeymoon to review it! You can't make this stuff up! Use this firm at your own peril!"
