"I went for my appointment today and let me tell you when I left there I was so upset hurting and in pain. I went in for an MRI on my neck. I was asked to sit in a chair. At no given time did the tech inform me about the process. She put a ring over my neck, tilted and slid the chair back into the machine. Prior to this I had informed her that I had a lot of nerve pain in my left arm. She didn’t even warn me that when the chair slides back it’s narrow and would cause pressure on my arm. She told me not to move and gave me a button to press if I needed her. After 20min I couldn’t bare the pain so I pressed the button and she came in and immediately said I have one more set to do. I told her I was in pain and needed to re-adjust. So I started to adjust myself and she says “ well now we have to start all over”. She went back and did it all over again. I left in tears. If you are reading this my recommendation to you is have better bedside manners. People that come to diagnostic centers are having medical issues and can be suffering with pain. EXPLAIN the process and set the expectation to your patients. Let them know that if you move you have to start all over before you start. Not after the fact and put them thru more pain. It took less time the second time around then the first as she took pauses in between during the fist round. Know the level of pain your patients have to accommodate and ensure you don’t cause them any more discomfort. And lastly don’t be an jerk because someone is hurting. This tech has horrible manners. Complete utter rudeness and lack of compassion. You work with patients have some compassion!"

"The staff is wonderful. The Physical Therapy there is rather small and not easy on your time schedule. As far as the doctors, it just depend on who you see. Be open minded to a second opinion"

"The tech who performed the MRI was very rude. After my wife or I would ask a question she would roll her eyes. When my wife almost had a panic attack the tech because even more rude towards us. If possible I highly recommend finding another avenue other than this one. The service here is very unpleasant."

"First time getting an MRI. I had no idea what to expect and when I realized how snug the space was I started to panic. I hate confined spaces and my anxiety is horrible. However the tech who was a woman (I forgot her name and wish I could remember) was so comforting and reassuring. She moved at a pace I was comfortable with and before I knew it, I was laying back, comfy, watching HGTV (yes you can watch TV while you get your MRI lol) as she took a few fancy images of my knee. I called in giving them a hard time about getting me an appointment sooner and I was so happy I waited. The hospitality is worth it. Being scared and having people who love what they do help you through those fears is WORTH IT. There was a lady also coming in after me who was nervous, I came out smiling and just said “TRUST HER! It’s not bad at all”. It may seem simple or like she was just doing her job but that image tech warmed my heart that day. Thank you!"
