"We had a great experience. The front desk service was superb. I thought I was at a 5 start resort. A huge shout out to Erica and Maya for the excellent welcome. They went above and beyond for us. We will definitely stay there again. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great , and again the service was outstanding. They even remembered my wife's name Aurelia. If I can give 100 stars, I would. They deserve a raise!!!!! Thank you for a memorable stay. Till the next time. Sam and Aurelia from Florida"

"We chose to stay here following a positive experience at a different Hampton Inn recently. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. Right away it smelled like weed when we walked in. I had checked in online and selected my room but was still required to check in at the desk and was then assigned a different room. The fire alarm went off not one but both mornings we were there. The first day they said it was due to somebody burning toast in the breakfast area. However it went off again the following morning at almost exactly the same time. Then Sunday morning we thought we would try to go back to sleep following this when housekeeping banged on our door to clean our room. We were checking out two hours later so there was no reason for this. The room was grimy and there was mold in the bathroom. Then the internet wasn’t working when we checked out so they couldn’t give me a receipt or statement. Maybe one of these things happening would have been fine but after an entire weekend of mishaps and inconveniences I would not stay here or recommend this location."

"It has been a long time since my wife and I had a stellar hotel experience. Check in was fast and efficient. Check in staff was upbeat and friendly. The hotel and our room was very clean. The breakfast was much better than what we normally see. Most of all, all the staff members we encountered were friendly and caring. They added to our positive experience."

"The staff here is excellent, caring, and go way beyond the normal call of duty. I was in town for an event and mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. Upon speaking with Nicholas and Erica, they were able to get my reservation refunded so that I was able to book the correct Hampton location and be with the rest of my team. I had prior obligations and therefore, had to stay at a different location. However, if I am ever in town again, I will definitely stay at this location and recommend others do so as well. Thank you very much guys!!!"

"I have to start out by talking about the amazing staff at this hotel. Every single person who works here greeted you with a friendly hello and always asked if you needed anything. We had a team block at the hotel and they gave every room a welcome bag with Gatorade water and snacks. They were the most accommodating hotel staff ever and I would stay here again and again! The hotel itself was spectacularly clean. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. (Even on the days I said we didn't need housekeeping, they left me towels and garbage bags a note ❤️"
