"Marcy was really very nice. I called her today to tell her. How nice it is to sit in my recliner. It has so much support. I love the different positions. I've never had a recliner before I'm sure. I'm glad I have one now. Marcy was really cool. She didn't try to sell me a share I didn't want and she showed me a chair that I would like and I really did after she was listening to what I said I wanted. Do people when I went to pay my bill and get information how it was going to be delivered and when the gentleman there was very very nice help me through all that so I thought very comfortable. When I walked out of the store I thought sure that I have my chair in one or two days the next. I think it was really. The people that brought to share to me were very nice. Their in-store selection is great. I was immediately greeted upon entrance, but never pushed into buying anything. Virginia Furniture Company's best qualities are their customer service and communication. I received a text message the week of delivery confirming my date, a heads-up phone call on the day of delivery, and a phone call after my delivery to confirm my satisfaction. The two delivery gentlemen carried my two sets of furniture up the stairs like it was nothing, and they set everything up how I wanted, all free of charge!
