"Buy cigars from this company every day. Currently disabled and temporarily unable to walk from parking lot store. Called to ask if person working that day would allow me to pay by card and he could bring cigars to car. Said company policy would not allow this. Unable to walk to store so I left. Stupid policy! In my business I always take care of my regulars. I will no longer buy from this company. Fortunately there is the internet! Cheaper and will bring it to my door. Just ordered a month's worth of cigars from cigar international. So much for supporting the local guy. Out of a 5 star rating I give them a 1."

"Super friendly and customer-oriented owner/staff. Honestly I can't speak to their cigar/tobacco collection as I typically just get my lighters there but the atmosphere and vibe is the thing which puts this at 5 stars. Plus they don't sell any of the "water pipes" or "incense burner" nonsense which adds credibility in my eyes."
