"Very friendly staff. Will work with you to get you what you need. Very clean and organized. Delivery guys are professional and courteous. Everyone is willing to help you with whatever you need. Most of the bad things I've heard have been yet to be proven true. 10/10 would recommend."
"Poor customer service. Always in a big hurry to get your money and signature but slow to worry about delivery. Used furniture not cleaned properly. Some customers have bed bugs and staff is slow to react. Store manager has no customer service skills and does not work with regardless of how long you've been a loyal on time customer. 1st time you're 2 days late pay now or return. In summary, subquality products at prices 3 to 4 times suggested retail, poor customer service from delivery to the entire length of your rental (probably 2 years or longer), possibility of losing your investment because you're only a few days late, and a high probability of getting bed bugs or roaches from their merchandise. Buyer beware."
