"I had my IPhone 12 back fixed twice due to it getting shattered by another place in town and they sent it home with the volume up button not working when it didn’t have that problem previously and gave me work around a when I took it back instead of owning the issue up front and fixing it. The fixed it finally after my husband had to deal with it due to them being rude and unprofessional towards me. I broke the back again and finally the screen was totally black and it wasn’t working or responding at all. So my husband took it to IPhone and IPad Repair of Wilkes and he fixed it in front of my husband after redoing the screen connections first to try that, then putting a new battery in it and now it’s working perfectly. He was very professional, very nice, had it fixed in less than 15 minutes as opposed to me having to leave my phone, which I also run my business from for days and he is a more affordable option than the first place we went to. I will definitely be taking my devices back there and would recommend him to anyone!"

"Steven Faw is amazing. It was quick work, but also careful work. He is also so nice! (Another pro is that he has an awesome Christian music playlist). He really cares about his work. I came in with a broken screen, and he also saw that my camera lens had a crack in it. He fixed the screen and the camera lens for an awesome price. Even though the camera lens wasn't super easy to fix, he worked diligently and carefully to make sure it was done right.
